Dr Stephanie Lipnicki, DACM, LAc and Certified Hypnotherapist and NJAS Board Member at Large will be presenting an evening of Hypnosis and Networking.
As practitioners we often put our own self care on the back burner. NJAS Wellness Events are created with the goal of helping NJAS members take a timeout to unwind and relax and participate in some self care AND network with colleagues!
The evening will begin with a relaxing hypnosis session designed to help you recharge your battery so you can continue to provide care for all those amazing patients you see.
Hypnosis can be described as a changed state of awareness or trance-like state of consciousness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration. Stephanie likes to describe it as upgraded Meditation or meditation 2.0 since you go into a much deeper state of relaxation than meditation.
